How many people can you hold?

The Highline is comprised of 2 connected spaces: The North + The South Ballrooms.

The North + South can be booked individually or in tandem. The Highline South is able to accommodate up to 200 seated guests at dining tables, & as many as 250 standing, cocktail style. While The Highline North is perfect for a more intimate affair, holding 60 seated guests for dining or 200 seated theatre style for a ceremony.

What are our food options?

You get to choose your caterer from our list of favorites. You will work with them in creating a custom menu specific to your event. All food must come from a licensed caterer & be pre-approved by The Highline.

What are our beverage options?

We have a variety of bar packages to choose from & can assist you in picking out the best one for your group.

Do you have a wedding suite on site?

There is a wedding suite available for use complimentary when hosting your ceremony on site.

What is included in the Highline rental?

Included in your rental is: valet parking services for the length of the event, 1 hour Ceremony (north ballroom or south ballroom), 1 hour Ceremony Rehearsal, complimentary wedding suite, south ballroom outdoor private patio with seasonal heat lamps, 72" round tables, high top tables, cafe tables, 8ft tables, 6ft tables, white or black chairs, lounge set, plateware & crystal glassware, white or black full-length linen & napkins. We also include Coordination Planning Services which consists of unlimited e-mail access from the time of contract signing, to day of your event, event timeline consultation, event setup consultation, vendor consultation, rental equipment consultation, ballroom floorplan consultation and décor consultation. In addition to Planning Service we will assist in putting that plan into action with Day - Of Coordination Services including, reasonable decor setup, event timeline maintenance, vendor coordination and-decor breakdown.

When can we get into the space?

We provide all of the set up & breakdown of your event, so that you can spend the day celebrating with your friends & family. Doors for vendor setup open 3 hours prior to your event start time. The wedding suite is opened 2 hours prior to your event, unless requested earlier. Doors for all guests will open precisely at your agreed upon start time.

Can I have my ceremony on site?

Yes! The North Ballroom that can host ceremonies for up to 200 guests and is included in any weekend rental. There are many options available on The Highline property within both Ballroom spaces + outdoor patio. We’d love to show you around & walk you through the options.

Do you have a list of preferred vendors?

We do have a list of some of our favorite vendors, however this is just a jumping off point. Rochester is filled with a ton of amazing & talented wedding & event vendors - to fit them all on a list would be impossible! Feel free to reach out directly if you would like a copy.

Is there parking available on site?

There is very limited parking available on site so we offer complementary Valet Parking for all evening events. We work with Premier Parking for all Valet services & they have access to multiple lots around us.
